CBGB's was a music club at 315 Bowery at Bleecker Street in the borough of Manhattan in New York City. It was similar to the 100 club due to the fact that it was a small venue in a big city that had hundreds of amazing bands playing at it, night in night out. However the plight of CBGB wasn't great as it closed in the summer... of 2008. When doing a bit of research on it I found there website which now is a history page, with ON THIS DAY, which shows all the bands that played there that day years ago, its a pretty good idea really, as it is pretty addictive to trawl through every page looking for the best bands who have played there, it keeps the legacy alive.
