The 100 club is located on the increasingly busy oxford street, and with rising prices for rent it is under the threat of closure, it has been an established music venue since the 1940's, with the first movements of jazz being played there, since there has been many legendary gigs there from everyone to The Stones to Paul... Mccartney. There has been many petitions and campaigns for the 100 club to stay open, but is it maybe time for the 100 club to go down with dignity, and make way for the new clubs that precede it... Some things are just best that way.
