Ordinary objects that are manufactured to be something else, by either repositioning, tilting or signing it when this act was done, the object became a ready-made and therefore art. This process involved very little interaction of the artist and the art, however provoked reactions of millions and sent them into a frenzy... This was Marcel Duchamps thoughts, which is a driving point for this project.By submitting some these ready-made's as art to art juries, the public, and his patrons, Duchamp challenged conventional notions of what is, and what is not, art. Which is really what I want to get out of this work, just letting people express themselves and enjoy the surroundings they are in.
